How does the product request work?
Use the Request a Product page, submit the product details, and our team will review the source, availability, and next step. Existing customers can request for free. New customer request review is $0.99.
What details should I send with a product request?
Send the product name, link, quantity, size, color, model, country, budget, and any image or reference that helps us understand what you want reviewed.
Can ENTITY-E.com source every product?
No. Some products may be unavailable, unsuitable, restricted, unclear, or not practical to source. We review each request before confirming any next step.
Is a product request the same as buying a product?
No. A request is a sourcing review only. It is not a product purchase and does not guarantee approval, availability, pricing, delivery time, or sourcing.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to process. After shipping, estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days for the United States and Australia, 7 to 18 business days for Europe, and 10 to 25 business days for other countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order is processed, tracking information will be shared when available. You can also use the Track Order page for delivery updates.
