Order processing
Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the following business day.
Estimated delivery
Standard delivery is estimated at 6 to 10 business days after the 1 to 3 business day processing period.
Minor delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, courier delays, or peak holiday volume.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the shipping email is sent.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
