Shipping Policy

Clear order processing, tracking, and delivery standards for ENTITY-E customers.

Order Processing & Quality Assurance Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing and quality assurance. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the following business day.

Delivery Method Once your item clears processing, it is shipped through our fulfillment network and handed to a local courier for final delivery where applicable.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard Express Delivery is estimated at 6 to 10 business days after the 1 to 3 business day processing period.

Minor delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, courier delays, or peak holiday volume.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping email is sent.

Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility when applied by local authorities.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
