Eligibility & The 30-Day Window Our guarantee is valid for exactly 30 days from the date your tracking number confirms delivery to your address. We start the clock at delivery, not purchase, to ensure you are fully protected while your item is in transit. If 30 days have passed since your item was marked as delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Standard Returns & Shipping Costs If a physical return is required for a resolution, our support team will provide you with the address of the nearest processing facility. Please note that unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
